With the end of the pandemic more in-sight now (vaccines on the horizon), business and team leaders are starting to plan when they will get their key stakeholder back in the same room.

In fact, we know that in-person business meetings are currently happening and can/should happen.  Corporate meeting-planners (like Summit) and our venue partners are experienced and ready to help you plan and host safe business team meetings.

Spacious meeting rooms (of which there are many, many options in every city) are set-up as well-spaced “hollow-square” or “U-shaped” table format, as below:

Emerging from the Pandemic #6: Smaller In-person Meetings. They are Happening.

To make these meetings safe and successful for you, we will leverage:

  • Trusted/experiences partners
  • Larger room sizes: for safe spacing and full ventilation
  • Individual table-mics: for quality of sound & less voice/droplet projection
  • Individual food & beverage service at the meeting-room table (as in a restaurant)
  • Safe arrivals, departures and movement of people (see our Standards & Guidelines)

For break-outs (if needed) there are many options available from separate rooms to table-partitions (as Queens Landing has cleverly devised, see their website)

If it is your responsibility to call and host meetings of colleagues and/or stakeholders, engage corporate meeting planning professionals at this (still early) reengagement stage.  As I note in a previous blog, there are too many small details to get right.  A trusted, experienced team will put your mind at ease and allow you to full enjoy and participate in the meeting.

Time to get your people back together.
